INA PAY 1.6

INA PAY is primarily utilized for settling payments for fuel and other products available within the INA range through two main methods:

• Using the "Pay from Vehicle" option, which allows for payment at the refueling station where fuel is dispensed.
• Using the "Pay at Cash Register" option, enabling users to complete transactions at the checkout counter of a retail location via the mobile application.

PAY FROM VEHICLE OPTION – Fuel purchase at the pump:

At INA retail locations, markings indicating the possibility of purchasing fuel using the mobile application are visibly displayed. These markers include QR codes and numerical codes located beneath them. To utilize the "Pay from Vehicle" feature, users should activate the mobile application from inside their vehicle and follow these steps:

1. Select the payment method – PAY FROM VEHICLE
2. Select the payment instrument
3. Scan the QR code or input the numerical code found at the pump
4. Refuel
5. Confirm the payment

PAY AT THE CASH REGISTER OPTION – Purchase of fuel and/or other products from INA’s assortment:

In addition to fueling, users may complete transactions at the retail store's cashier and purchase other products from INA’s assortment by informing the cashier of the pump or refueling point where they filled up. After selecting all desired goods and services, users should open the mobile application and:

1. Select the payment method – PAY AT THE CASH REGISTER
2. Select the payment instrument
3. Show the screen to the cashier for verification

Additional functionalities of the INA PAY mobile application include:

• User data management and management of associated INA cards
• Monitoring account balances
• Tracking all transactions within a transaction history list
• Geolocation of sales points
